Documentation Required
To get married in the Cook Islands there is a three-day requirement from the day of license application to the day of your wedding. The requirement can sometimes be waived by the Registrar (e.g.: you can get married within the 2 days from the day of application to the day of your wedding) but only with good reason and with a written request in advance.

• Birth Certificates – or Certified copies
• Passports
• Divorce papers if previously married, or death certificate of previous spouse, these must be translated into English
• Any legal documents must be translated into English for processing at the Registrar of Marriages

Deposits and Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total Wedding Package is required at the time of booking with full payment of the Wedding Package and any additional options due 7 days prior to your Wedding day.

Cancellation Policy

• A $400.00 non - refundable administration fee will be charged for any cancellations
• The 50% deposit is non refundable if cancellation is received 30 days from the Wedding Date booking
• A 100% cancellation fee is charged if cancellation is received within 7 days of the Wedding date booking
• All cancellations must be received in writing either by letter or email

• All Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars
• A 25% surcharge is applicable to Public Holidays of the total value
• Sundays in the Cook Islands is a culturally religious day therefore no Weddings will be conducted on this day
